At A Thoughtful Choice Books & Games, we’re a small, thoughtfully run business focused on curating high-quality book bundles for children. Because our samplers are carefully assembled and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, we’re not able to offer returns for change of mind or preference.
That said, we absolutely want you to receive exactly what you ordered — in good condition.
We happily offer replacements for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Missing items
How to request a replacement:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form. In your message, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of any damaged items
- Photos of damaged shipping packages
We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Important notes:
- Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery so that we can work within our fulfillment partner’s replacement window.
- We’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as reading level, personal preference, or items ordered in error.
- At this time, we do not offer refunds on samplers, but we are always happy to help resolve genuine issues with your order.
